Terms of Service.
The plain-English conditions for guitar lessons with mazdisocveer.cfd on chanaccuethy.com. If anything is unclear, email me and I'll clarify before you sign anything.
1. Who these terms are between.
These terms govern your use of chanaccuethy.com and the guitar lesson services I provide through it. The "service provider" is mazdisocveer.cfd, an independent instructor at . The "student" or "you" is any individual who books a lesson or uses the website. There is no company in between — these terms are between you and me personally.
2. The services I provide.
One-on-one guitar lessons delivered over video (Zoom primary) or in person at the studio. I provide:
- Live instruction time (45, 60, or 75 minutes).
- Written curriculum notes for each program.
- Custom tab/charts for songs we cover.
- Async weekly feedback on recorded practice (within program packs).
- 24-hour email reply window, Monday through Saturday.
3. What I'm not.
I'm not a recording label, not an agent, not an exam board, and not a magic shortcut. I do not promise specific career outcomes, certification recognition, or audition results. Progress depends on your practice, my teaching, and the relationship between the two. I'll be honest about what I see — and so should you.
4. Pricing and payment.
Lesson prices are listed in USD on the lessons page in this site. Prices exclude any sales tax, value-added tax, bank transfer fees, or payment-processor fees, which are the student's responsibility where applicable. I quote the net amount you'll pay in advance, before you commit.
5. Lesson packs and expiry.
4-lesson packs expire 6 months from purchase. 12-lesson packs expire 12 months from purchase. Expired lessons are non-refundable but transferable to another student of your choosing on request. Pauses are allowed once per pack at no charge with 7 days' notice — see the cancellation page for full terms.
6. Rescheduling and cancellations.
You can reschedule a lesson for free up to 24 hours before the start time. Inside the 24-hour window, the lesson is considered held and counts toward your pack balance — but I'll always reschedule once per month as a courtesy. If I need to cancel on my end (illness, family emergency), I reschedule at no cost to you.
7. Code of conduct.
I expect the same respect I give. Lessons end if either party feels unsafe. Hate speech, harassment, or dishonesty (for example sending someone else to your lesson pretending to be you) ends the relationship immediately and forfeits the pack balance.
8. Recordings.
I record video lessons for your personal replay. You may not redistribute, sell, or publicly post my recordings. You may record your own practice sessions and share them in any context you choose.
9. Intellectual property.
The curriculum, the practice routines, the chart sheets I write, and the song arrangements I produce are my work. You have a personal-use license to copy and adapt them for your own practice. You may not republish them, sell them, or use them in paid courses.
10. Limitation of liability.
Guitar playing involves physical activity. Stretch your hands, take breaks, don't play through pain. I'm not liable for injuries sustained from practicing. Beyond that, my total liability is capped at the amount you've paid me in the 6 months preceding any claim.
11. Termination.
You can stop lessons at any time by emailing me. I can stop lessons for any of the reasons listed in section 7. In either case, unused pack balance is treated per the cancellation & refund policy.
12. Disputes.
I prefer to resolve disagreements over email before anything else. If we end up in court, the venue is the state of Texas, USA. Before that, please reach out — I've never had a dispute I couldn't work through.
13. Changes to these terms.
If I change these terms materially, I'll email current students and post a note on the homepage for 30 days. Material changes never apply to lessons you've already paid for.
14. Contact.
Anything unclear: email info@chanaccuethy.com. I read it personally.
