Privacy Policy.

How mazdisocveer.cfd collects, uses, and protects the small amount of personal data needed to teach guitar lessons online across the USA.

1. Who this website is operated by.

This website, chanaccuethy.com, is operated by mazdisocveer.cfd, an independent guitar instructor based in the United States at . I am the sole data controller for any personal information you provide through this site. There is no company, no team, no agency behind it — just me and a hosting provider.

2. What I actually collect.

I collect only what I need to deliver guitar lessons and reply to your messages:

  • From the contact / request form: your name, email, phone number (if you choose to give it), your stated current level, and any free-text details you provide about what you want to learn.
  • From email correspondence: whatever you choose to share in your replies to me.
  • From cookies (see the cookie banner): a minimal set of functional and anonymous analytics cookies (listed in detail on the cookie policy page).
  • From payment: I use third-party payment processors (Stripe / Wise / invoice platforms). They receive only what is needed to process the payment. I never store your credit card details on this site.

3. What I don't collect.

I do not run third-party advertising networks on this site. I do not embed tracking pixels from Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, or similar. I do not buy or sell mailing lists. I do not embed Facebook "Like" buttons or similar social media widgets. I do not collect biometric data, health data, or any sensitive category.

4. Why I use your data.

The narrow purposes are:

  • To reply to your message within 24 hours.
  • To schedule lessons and send you scheduling details.
  • To deliver the lesson itself (via Zoom or in person at the studio).
  • To send you invoices and track lesson pack balances.
  • To improve this website via anonymous page-view analytics.

5. Who I share it with.

Only the people strictly necessary to deliver my services: my email provider, my video-conferencing tool, my payment processor, my accountant, and (if you request) my calendar system. I do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. I do not disclose it to marketing partners.

6. How long I keep it.

Inquiry messages are kept for 18 months and then deleted unless you ask me sooner. Lesson pack records and invoice-related data are kept for 7 years because that's what US tax law requires. You can ask me to delete your inquiry data at any time and I will do so within 14 days.

7. Your rights.

If you live in California or another US state with privacy legislation, or if you're an EU/UK resident covered by GDPR, you have the right to: ask what I hold on you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, ask me to export it, and object to specific processing. Send any such request to info@chanaccuethy.com and I'll handle it personally.

8. Security.

This site uses HTTPS. Forms are submitted over TLS. My email uses two-factor authentication. I will tell you within 72 hours if I ever suffer a data breach affecting your information.

9. Children's data.

I accept students aged 13 and up with a parent present on the first call. For minors I collect only the data the parent provides and treat it under the same rules above.

10. Changes to this policy.

If I make material changes, I'll update the date above and post a notice on the homepage for 30 days. Material changes never apply retroactively to information you've already given me.

11. How to contact me.

The fastest way: email info@chanaccuethy.com. The slowest but most formal way: postal mail to . I read every message — there's no support team in between.
